Rotate Video Online
Turn footage the right way up, in 90° steps or by a few degrees.
Phone footage that plays sideways is the usual reason to rotate. The recording is fine — the orientation flag is being ignored somewhere along the way — and one 90° turn fixes it.
There is also a fine rotation control for the other case: a shot that is nearly level and needs a couple of degrees to look deliberate.

90° turns and everything between
The 90° buttons rotate the whole frame, so a vertical recording that was stored as landscape becomes properly vertical — the project frame changes shape with it, rather than leaving the video sideways inside a landscape box.
The Transform section's Rotate slider works in degrees for straightening. Because a rotated rectangle no longer fills a straight one, pair it with a little Scale to avoid empty corners.
Rotate then crop
If you plan to do both, rotate first. Crop follows the clip's display orientation, so a crop box set before a rotation would end up somewhere you didn't intend.
